Terms of Service
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Noon Islamic Academy’s online Quran, Tajweed and Hifz classes for children (“the Service”). Noon Islamic Academy (“NIA,” “we,” “us”) is an Islamic academy based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering these classes online to families abroad. By booking a Free Assessment & Trial Session or enrolling in a paid plan, the parent or legal guardian making the booking agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and the student.
2. Who can book
Bookings and payments must be made by a parent or legal guardian of the student. NIA teaches children; classes are one-to-one (with small-group classes available on request).
3. The Free Assessment & Trial Session
New families begin with a free, 45-minute Assessment & Trial Session. No payment is required before this session. NIA Admissions aims to make first contact within 1 hour of a booking to confirm the session, and follows up within 1 hour after the session with an assessment summary and a recommended learning plan.
4. Enrolment and classes
After the trial, a family may choose a monthly plan and pay to begin regular classes. Regular classes are live online, one-to-one, delivered by an NIA teacher on a platform NIA selects (such as Zoom or Google Meet). Class length, frequency, and scheduling are agreed with Admissions based on teacher availability and the family’s time zone.
5. Teachers
NIA verifies the identity and qualifications of its teachers before they are introduced to families. NIA has both male and female teachers; families may request a teacher of a particular gender, and NIA will accommodate this where possible. NIA does not guarantee unlimited or 24/7 teacher availability — scheduling depends on genuine teacher availability and the family’s stated preferences.
6. Payment
Fees are paid monthly, in advance, by bank transfer. There is no mandatory 3, 6 or 12-month commitment. A sibling discount applies to additional children on regular One-to-One plans (see our pricing page for current amounts).
7. Pausing, cancelling and missed classes
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy below for the full pausing, cancellation, missed-class and refund terms — they form part of these Terms.
8. Recording and media
See our Media, Photography & Video Consent Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Conduct
We ask parents, students and teachers to treat each other with respect. NIA may pause or end the Service for a family in cases of serious misconduct, non-payment, or safety concerns, and will explain the reason when this happens.
10. Course materials
Any materials NIA provides (worksheets, recordings, progress reports) are for the enrolled family’s own use and are not to be redistributed or resold.
11. Liability
NIA provides the Service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the applicable law and mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect how the Service actually operates. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are intended to operate alongside, and do not override, the applicable law and mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside. NIA does not claim compliance with every possible jurisdiction’s specific requirements, and this section is pending further legal review before this page goes live to real families.
14. Contact

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. No advance notice is required.
Pausing
A temporary pause is available for a reasonable reason, with Admissions/Management approval. If an approved pause is longer than one week, no fee is charged for the qualifying pause period. A pause of 7 days or less is treated as a short break, and the normal monthly fee continues to apply.
Missed classes
- If you give reasonable advance notice that your child will miss a class, we will try to arrange a makeup session, subject to teacher availability.
- If your child does not attend without reasonable notice, that class is not made up.
- If a class is missed because of a problem on your side (for example, your internet connection or device), that class is normally not made up.
- If NIA or the teacher cancels or is unable to deliver a class, NIA arranges a makeup session or an equivalent adjustment at no additional charge to you.
Refunds
The portion of a paid plan covering classes already delivered is non-refundable. The unused, not-yet-delivered portion of a paid service may be refundable. If NIA is unable to deliver a paid service and cannot offer a suitable alternative (such as a replacement teacher or rescheduled session), the relevant unused portion may be refunded, or otherwise adjusted (for example, credited to a future month), at NIA’s discretion.
To request a refund, contact NIA through our official channels — phone +92 308 444 9119 or email enoonislamicacademy@gmail.com. NIA aims to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you.
Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy
This is an approved policy framework; a named Designated Safeguarding Lead will be added when confirmed by NIA.
Our commitment
The welfare of every child NIA teaches is our first priority. NIA is committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment, both during live online classes and in how we handle any material connected to a student.
Teacher verification
NIA verifies the identity and qualifications of every teacher before they are introduced to a family. NIA does not currently state that teachers undergo a formal criminal background or police (such as a DBS) check, and does not claim this unless and until it is actually implemented and verified.
How classes are conducted
Classes are held live, one-to-one or in small groups, on a platform NIA selects. Parents are welcome to sit in on any class. Classes are recorded — see our Media, Photography & Video Consent Policy for what that means and how long recordings are kept. All communication about a student’s learning should go through NIA’s official channels, not a teacher’s personal contact details.
Raising a concern
If you have any safeguarding concern about your child, another student, or a member of NIA staff, please contact NIA Management / Designated Safeguarding Lead using our official channels: phone +92 308 444 9119 or email enoonislamicacademy@gmail.com. NIA takes every safeguarding concern seriously and will review it promptly and confidentially.
NIA acts in accordance with the applicable child-protection law in the countries where it and its families operate. This policy does not name specific external reporting authorities; where a report to an external authority is required under applicable law, NIA will act accordingly.
Media, Photography & Video Consent Policy
What we use today
Photos and videos currently shown on this website are real Noon Islamic Academy physical-academy photos and videos, used with the approval NIA has already given for marketing use. As real online-class-specific photos and videos become available, they may replace these images over time.
Consent for your child
We ask for separate, specific consent before any photo or video that identifies your child is used on our website, social media, or in advertising. Giving this consent is entirely optional and is never required to enrol in or continue the Service.
Class recordings
Classes are recorded. Recordings are shared with parents. NIA Management may also review recordings for legitimate educational, quality-control, or safeguarding purposes. Routine recordings are kept for 90 days. A recording may be kept longer where reasonably necessary — for example, because of an open safeguarding concern, a complaint, an academic assessment, a legal requirement, or another legitimate administrative reason.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw marketing-use consent for your child’s photos or videos at any time by contacting us (see below). If you do, NIA will stop any new promotional use of that media and make reasonable efforts to remove it from channels NIA directly controls (such as our website and our own social media accounts). We cannot guarantee removal of copies that third parties have already saved or reposted, or of material already used in printed materials distributed before your request.
To give feedback, ask a question, or withdraw consent: phone +92 308 444 9119 or email enoonislamicacademy@gmail.com.
Complaints Procedure
How to raise a complaint
If you are unhappy with any part of the Service, please tell us — phone +92 308 444 9119 or email enoonislamicacademy@gmail.com. Please include your child’s name and as much detail as you can.
What happens next
NIA aims to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days. Safeguarding-related concerns are treated as a priority and are looked into straight away — see our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy. For other complaints, NIA Management reviews the matter and responds with an outcome or next steps as soon as reasonably possible. We do not promise a fixed resolution deadline, since the right amount of time depends on the complaint, but we will keep you informed.
If you are not satisfied
If you feel your complaint has not been properly addressed, you may ask for it to be reviewed again by NIA Management. Nothing in this procedure limits any right you have to raise the matter with an applicable external body under the law that applies to you.
